1st Larissa Educational Robotics Festival
The Educational Non-Profit Organization “STEM Robotics Academy” in collaboration with the Municipality of Larissa, Deputy Municipality of Culture, organized on Sunday, May 19, at the amphitheater of the “Mylos tou Pappas” multi-purpose hall, Larissa, the 1st Larissa Educational Robotics Festival!
The aim of the Festival was to promote interest and creativity in the field of educational robotics, offering children and young people the opportunity to develop and present their skills and abilities.

The Panhellenic Organization for Educational Robotics (H.E.RO) also participated in the festival, which presented the Educational Robotics competitions it organizes, as well as the Hellenic Federation of Electronic Sports (E-sports), which presented the e-sports competitions.
In total, over 150 students participated and competed with enthusiasm in the following categories:
1. **SUMO category with Spike or EV3 LEGO robot**
2. **Football Category with WeDo Robots**
3. **Video Game Programming Competition**
The goal of the educational organization STEM Robotics Academy is to establish an annual robotics festival for the city of Larissa.
The love and enthusiasm shown by the young students who participated in the festival make us promise even more similar activities in the future!
